Restorative Skin + Body Glow
Revitalize your body and encourage lymph flow with a full-body dry brushing treatment, followed by a nourishing organic succulent and sugar scrub. A gentle full-body massage with nutrient-rich body butters will melt away tension and leave the skin silky smooth and glowing from head to toe.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Massage is a beautiful combination of rhythmic acupressure and opening yoga stretches, blending beautifully into a blissful and healing experience. Whereas Swedish and Deep Tissue massages take place atop a massage table, Thai massages take place upon a floor mat. This allows the client a more complete range of motion — which comes in handy. Rather than just using hands, fists, forearms and elbows — the standard tools of the Swedish masseuse — the Thai masseuse may use legs and feet during the massage. Oftentimes, they will use a combination of both to gain leverage as they initiate deep stretches of the client's arms, legs, hips, and shoulders. Since no oil is required in a Thai massage, the client may remain fully clothed. Comfortable, relaxed, fitting clothes are recommended so the clothes don't become constricting during the session. The more you relax into a Thai massage, the more you'll feel at ease and knot-free afterward. Guests may opt to receive their Thai Massage indoors or outdoors. The open-air porch creates a blend of nature and relaxation that is unparalleled.

Reiki Healing & Chakra Meditation
Usui Reiki is a lineage-based energy therapy that serves to create and maintain balance from the inside out. For those seeking to explore healing and release on a deeper level, our 90-minute session promotes alignment through not just the seven main chakras, but also throughout the energy body. Soothing breath work, a grounding meditation, and a detailed chakra reading complement the energy work. This session will promote relaxation, release, and inner peace.
Additional Information:
Clients typically remain fully clothed for Reiki sessions. If you have an electrical implant or pacemaker, Reiki is not advised.

Acupuncture Treatments
What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture consists of the insertion of fine needles into the body at specific points along pathways shown to be effective in the treatment of specific health problems. The Chinese have mapped these points for over 2,000 years, with more than 1,000 acu-points. In the past three decades, electromagnetic research has confirmed the existence and location of these points.
How does acupuncture work?
TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is based on the ancient Chinese theories of the flow of Qi (the life force which nourishes the body) through channels that cover the body in a similar fashion to blood vessels or nerve pathways.
The insertion of needles into acu-points may:
- Strengthen Qi where it is weak
- Move it from areas where it is stuck
- Drain it from channels where it is too abundant
Similarly, acupuncture can have the same effects on Blood (which nourishes and guides Qi) and Essence (a sort of prenatal Qi inherited from our parents). By adjusting the flow of Qi, Blood, Essence, and other vital substances in the body, acupuncture restores homeostasis in the body. There should be no pain or disease if Qi is flowing freely through the channels and Yin and Yang energy is balanced.
Acupuncture Treatments
Acupuncture Sessions range from 45-60 minutes depending on the areas being treated. Acupuncture is a traditional medicine technique that can be greatly effective in restoring balance and function of the body. Our sessions often incorporate soft tissue mobilization, and aromatherapy to ease you into deep relaxation.
Community Sessions will be held either in the Outdoor Lounge or Indoor Tranquility Room with up to six guests in session with you.

The Works Acu + Chiro
The Works: Acu + Chiro is a Comprehensive Wellness Session merging the best of Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Soft Tissue Therapies. This integrative 60 minute session is designed to address pain, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body. It begins with a thorough chiropractic examination to assess joint function, posture, and alignment, followed by a targeted chiropractic adjustment to restore proper spinal and joint movement.
The session continues with a personalized acupuncture treatment, utilizing fine, sterile needles placed at specific points to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and promote natural healing through the body’s energy pathways.
To further enhance muscular recovery and relieve tension, the session includes soft tissue mobilization, which may involve cupping therapy to increase circulation and release muscle adhesions, Theragun® percussive therapy for deep tissue stimulation, or instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM or "scraping") to break down scar tissue and improve tissue quality.
This comprehensive, hands-on approach is ideal for those seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, or musculoskeletal dysfunction and promotes long-term physical wellness and vitality.
