Memberships require a three-month commitment at minimum and automatically expire no later than April 30th leading into Peak Season. Unused member services carry over up to 30 days past expiration, but may not be gifted or used by non-members.
LOCALS-ONLY FAQ
CAN I SHARE MY LOCALS RATE WITH A GUEST?
No. This Discount is offered to the Primary Homeowner(s) and their underage dependents or registered adult children and does not extend to the guests in your party.
Adult Children of Homeowners must separately apply for this program. Showing up to a previously-booked appointment and "hearing we have a locals program" does not qualify them for the program on that date. They may join the program and become eligible for future appointments.
It's a friday in january, can i receive locals' pricing?
No. This program is designed to encourage booking on our less-occupied schedule times and the price benefit is given for booking during these times (Mon-Thurs). All Friday and Saturday appointments will be billed at full retail price. You may join our Coastal Calm Club Membership for access to discounted weekend rates or become a BHI Homeowner for a regular 5% discount instead. See below for details.
COASTAL CALM CLUB FAQ
If I join between seasons, what is my monthly rate?
Ex: You join Coastal Calm Club in March, so you would pay for the month of March, and your membership would be paused until September 15 and picked up where you left off.
Memberships are not currently available for Peak Season.
CAN I SHARE MY MONTHLY SERVICE WITH A GUEST?
No. Unused services may not be shared, but they can rollover for up to 60 days (or until the next Locals' Season).
MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
ENROLLMENT
Three months' enrollment is required for Coastal Calm Club membership, but unused services may roll-over for up to 60 days. After 60 days, any unused services will be forfeited.
HOUSEHOLDS
One membership fee is required per person. Household/family memberships are not available at this time. Unused services may roll-over for up to 60 days. After 60 days, any unused services will be forfeited.
Remember, we now also offer Locals-Only Rates Monday-Thursday to help you maximize your savings.
BLACKOUT DATES
Locals-Only Service Menu is limited to Monday-Thursdays only with the following Blackout Dates. Monthly membership services are not date-restricted.

CANCELLATIONS
Member services are still subject to our 24-hour Cancellation Policy. Day-of cancellations, or those made with less than 24hrs until service will forfeit their service or be billed 100% of the missed service rate.
