She loves offering her students a sacred space to create their own mind-body connection.
Megan has been practicing yoga since 2008 and graduated from the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Wilmington Yoga Center in September 2017.
Megan discovered yoga in 2008, and began exploring the spiritual elements of a regular yoga practice shortly afterwards. In 2016, she decided to deepen her practice by obtaining her teaching certification, and completed her RYT200 training in Kunga Yoga, or yoga as service to others. Megan strives to help her students find a meditative space to explore their own mind/body connection with affirming meditations and deep stretching. She specializes in Slow Flow and Restorative classes.
