Cathe’s creativity and enthusiasm inspire all who come in contact with her- whether teaching a class, training a client, or mentoring young instructors.
Having studied dance as a young girl, Cathe transitioned into fitness with ease. She has traveled the USA (New York, New Jersey, Washington, LA, San Francisco, Kansas City)and Italy (Rome, Tuscany) teaching and training since the early 1980s. She studied Exercise Science at The University of Kansas and holds certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Cycle, TRX, Boxing, Muah Thai Kickboxing, Functional and Senior Fitness. Her fitness programs have been featured in print and television. She has competed and placed in biathlon, triathlon and numerous 10Ks.
