Karin Siebold

Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist
As a therapist Karin focuses on individual needs, using a blend of techniques and modalities to help each client to attain their wellness goals, whether it is for relaxation or recovery from an injury. She also provides therapy which supports the body during illness, pre- or post-surgery, mental stress, aaging, general health and preventative care. Combining multiple techniques from modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage can result in significant and life changing health benefits. Karin is a resident of Caswell Beach on Oak Island and began studying CranioSacral Therapy in 2009. Since then she obtained a NC Massage and Bodywork License, and completed the CranioSacral Therapy Techniques Certification requirements, as well as obtaining a Diplomate Certification through the Upledger Institute. She participates as a Primary Therapist in the Dolphin Assisted Therapy programs in Freeport and was a therapist at the Ricky Williams Pilot Concussion Program (Football CTE) in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. From this experience she anticipates focusing her attention on brain and spinal cord injuries and illnesses. Karin is trained in CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Therapeutic Massage, Touch of Health Kinesiology, and she is a Certified Equine Sport Massage Therapist. A proud mother of three children in their college years, Karin and her husband, Jeff Siebold, an author of mystery fiction novels, enjoy travelling for leisure and to see clients nationwide. Karin has been a member of the Island Retreat Spa and Salon family since 2017.
