Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships are designed for one user and are not shareable between individuals in one household. If a shareable option is desired, please see below for our Multi-Pack pricing options.  

    Owner/Resident Discounts and Loyalty points may not be used to purchase non-member guest services, including children, grandchildren, extended family, household guests or tenants.  

    Loyalty points may not be used to pay for tips or other gratuities.  

    Resident pricing is applicable only to property owners or full-time residents with proof of ownership. Residents must provide photo ID, Property Address, and proof of ownership such as a utility bill, club membership cards, local driver’s license, etc. when applying for Owner/Resident Member status.  No refunds/retroactive discounts for services prior to enrollment into this program.  Owners & Residents may purchase

    Wellness and Maintenance memberships, however they will not receive any additional discounts on those items. With purchase of those memberships, enrollees will receive the discounts and perks associated with the most recent membership enrollment. Unlimited Sauna visits are subject to availability. Please schedule all sauna visits in advance.

    Abuse or disregard of the above terms will terminate the resident membership with no option for future renewal and all loyalty points will also be forfeited.

Auto-Pay Details

  • Auto-pay enrollment is based on signed consent from each member. Valid ID and credit card required. Enrollees must sign all spa liability waivers for enrollment to begin.

    All automatic membership payments are non-refundable.

    Unused services and benefits will rollover for one month only. After two consecutive months, any unused services or benefits will be forfeited.  

    Auto-pay memberships may be cancelled with 30-days written notice from the date of the next payment. Cancellations less than 30-days may be prorated, but services will be forfeited if less than 30 days’ notice is given.  

Retail Exclusions

  • The following items/brands are excluded from member discounts:

    Any items already marked on “sale”,

    Kevin Murphy products,

    OsmosisMD Skincare,

    Eminence Organic Skincare,

    Eberjey pajamas, sleepwear, robes

    Coyuchi pajamas, sleepwear, robes

    Prepackaged gift baskets Gift Cards  

Service Exclusions

  • The following services are excluded from Wellness & Maintenance Member discounts. Note: Owner/Resident Members have different service exclusions (see below).

    Any service for less than 60minutes, including express massage, reflexology, express facials or express manicure/pedicure appointments, children’s haircuts, and children’s nail services.  

    Any service packages which are already discounted, including but not limited to the packages listed here and Multi-Packs.

    Services purchased for other non-member guests.  

    Gift Cards  

  • The following services are excluded from Owner/Resident Member discounts:

    Any service packages which are already discounted, including but not limited to the packages listed here (link) and Multi-Packs.

    Services purchased for other non-member guests.  

    Gift Cards

    NOT excluded: any services at full retail price.
